Please submit 4 (four) pictures of yourself:

• 2- headshots
• 2- full body shots

Men must be 5'10" to 6'2". Men must include their height, weight, suit size, shirt size, waist, inseam, hair and eye color.

Unless you already have professional photographs or a composite, please send in regular snapshots. If you would like your materials returned to you, please include a self-addressed and stamped envelope that is large enough and has enough postage to accommodate your photographs.
